        Had an experience to beat all services I have had in years. !!! Went in for them to have a look at an unknown pair of bins. They took the pains to identify, and make a minor adjustment, sent me on my way, refused to take a payment. All with a pleasant word and smile. !!!! If this is the way they treated me, I know anyone buying any optics, would get superb service. !!!

        Great service..helpful staff and competetive prices...bought some superb binos from here having driven a great distance was shown lots and picked a good one! As a new birder (and 10 year vegan) happy with my purchase Wouldn't hesitate to buy here again ..my thanks to Paul and all the staff. I'm sure aftersales care will be just as good should I need it.
