Under no circumstances should you use this company in my honest opinion. Distance sale so we asked for a detailed description of the car over the phone. They told us some small stone chips on the front bumper and they were only faults. So glad we arranged our own courier as when they got there to inspect the car they found large stone chips on the bonnet and virtually every panel also marked. Bonnet did not sit flush with front bumper suggesting possible previous accident damage which did not appear on autotrader check. When we said we were not happy with the car and we did not want to buy it suddenly the deposit we had paid became none refundable with no mention of that on their website or during several conversations with their sales people. James stated that conveniently it was the owners day off so the deposit could not be refunded and then argued that even if we were not happy with the car when viewing the deposit was none refundable. This company must survive on none refundable deposits and inaccurate descriptions. Maybe they should spend some of this free money on getting eye tests for their sales staff?? Luckily 300 deposit means very little to us especially when considering the money we saved by not buying a car which would have needed paintwork to look half decent. When we investigated further the car we wanted to buy had been up for sale for more than 8 months. I wonder how many deposits have been paid on the strength of their honest descriptions of the car only for the truth to be revealed when viewing it. Save your time and money and avoid this 1 star company with 1 star staff and 1 star products. Would have given 0 stars if there was that option. You have been warned!!
