        Went in to tax my car. The lady who served me was friendly and helpful. Have to say I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. Staff are usually helpful and friendly even when they're rushed off their feet. Am glad Halesworth still has a post office.

        Can I say how unhelpful a member of staff behind the counter of Halesworth post office was today. Just one member of staff the other members of staff couldn't be nicer. Unfortunately this member of staff is sharp and short tempered mealy mouthed a nd has the wrong attitude and shouldn't be dealing with the public!!!

        Leaving collection cards with the wrong opening times on collection card. Left work early to make a collection and arrived to find post office closed. Open hours are not suitable for anyone who has a full time job. Thanks Royal Mail.
