    I started Pilates 2 years ago & have found it immensely valuable as an older person. Millie tailors the programmes to your individual needs & ensures that you understand the purpose of each exercise. I leave the sessions feeling relaxed & regenerated. My body responds to the exercises becoming stronger & more flexible. I wish I had started much earlier.

    I go to Millie's kettlercise and booty Barre classes. Both concentrate on buil ding core strength and are fun and challenging. Booty Barre draws on pilates and ballet technique and like the name suggests uses a wall based barre to extend balance and flexibility. It's easy to join either class as Millie keeps an eye on you and shows you the right way to do things. I've been going to these classes for about 4 months and am definitely fitter and more toned than when I started.

    I have been attending Millie's Kettlercise classes for over six months now and have seen a huge difference in both my fitness level and my all-over body strength. We have progressed to a much more rigorous programme recently which I find challenging but rewarding. Great classes!
