Maybe I wouldn't trust Hayden & his team with my life but I'd certainly trust them with my Land Rover Discovery! I've been a very happy customer for 5yrs. From the first 'meeting & greeting' to final payment, you get the feeling of a personal service. Going to get my car serviced/repaired used to be akin to going to the dentist; now it's a genuinely pleasant experience. For people like me who don't really understand what's going on under the bonnet, I have total faith in Hayden's diagnostic superpower! Everyone at the business is friendly and helpful and they put themselves out to sort a number of issues on my Evoque. They even contacted my Warranty Company and got an agreement for them to pay for my reversing camera replacement - I wasn't expecting it to be covered. The courtesy vehicles they gave me were very good and they regularly rang me to update me on progress. They also gave me plenty of advice on what will be needed in the next few months, but without trying to spend my money unnecessarily. Excellent service all round.
