Cannot fault the workmanship, and the few times I've been, they've been friendly. Can't say I'm too impressed with the vague pricing. First time I was quoted ex VAT. I am not a business.... So price it up as though I'm not one. I have to pay VAT. Second time was for a coolant change. Seeing they're BMW specialists, I'd think they'd know how long something would take. Was initially quoted 'X', and then when it came to paying, was at least 50 more. When asked why, the response I had was that it took them a little longer. I get things don't always go to plan, with corrosion and dirt\debris. But come on, it's a liquid cooled 1200GS. The components are all in fairly simple and easy to reach places. Shouldn't take long at all. And had I have had access to a compressor, would happily have done the work myself - before this thought process was in mind. Nevertheless, I cannot say a bad thing about the work, and they are knowledgeable.
