Jann Richardson - Coach

Jann is one of those people who has the power to put you at ease from the offset. Her ability to listen, reflect and advise appears effortless, but it's clear that it this is a culmination of years of experience of asking the right questions and knowing what to do with the answers. My video-call coaching sessions with Jann were helpful in assessing the pain points of running a small business and working out ways to alleviate the pressure. I really value the time I spent with Jann she helped to unlock new ways of thinking and working which have developed my daily work life and have had huge impacts on my personal life too.

I first met Jann when I was given the opportunity to work with her at my workplace. Jann was an absolute godsend and came at a time when I felt stuck in a rut both at work and in my personal life. Through the one to one sessions Jann quickly got to know me and from there encouraged and guided me on how to build a new role with the company making a better use of my skills. This positive change soon filtered in to my personal life too. Jann is a joy to work with; perceptive, funny and wise. She gave me real strength, practically and emotionally to make the changes I needed to get myself to a better place. Everyone should have a Jann in their world! :)

Jann listened and understood everything I had to say, all the while making me feel completely at ease. Jann possesses a wealth of experience and expertise, whilst having a kind & personable nature. Helping to build my confidence and recognise my strengths, Jann worked to completely change my mindset & I left each session we had together, so much happier & calmer.
