        Being a complete newbie to the art of the home barista and fresh coffee and following advice from brother-in-law I made the trip over to Freshpac. So glad that I did. Fantastic customer service from start to finish! Lots of help, guiding me through everything, with some great advice and some helpful hints to get the best from my machine. I was made to feel very welcome and it didn't matter that I was only buying a kilo of beans, I felt as important to them as somebody who was bulk buying. Thank you I'll be back very soon!
