e-Velo Electric Bicycles

Lots of help with researching a replacement for a stolen ebike, quick service in buying a replacement and delivered and explained the same day!

We walked into the e-velo shop one day, as we wanted to look at the bikes in the flesh. We were impressed with the build quality and bought two on the spot. They were delivered the next day. We are very happy with them and with the service we received. The batteries are excellent, and hardly discharge for what we use them for. The bikes were serviced for free at 6 weeks old, and seem more sprightly since then.

Extremely helpful and was very patient with all of my (many) questions. I would've bought from here even if they were more expensive than on the internet, purely because of the service. But they weren't more expensive!

Would highly recommend e-Velo for your electric bike purchase. They have a large selection of e-bikes. They are very helpful and provide excellent customer service. Very satisfied with our purchase and follow-up service.

purchased two bergamont E -horizon tour 500 cycles after excellent advice from mark . Cyc[es are perfect for our motorhome lifestyle offering enough milage to last about four days before needing a charge.Excellent quality and service would recommend.
