        I never seen a branch like this, they refuse to give you change even with a business account, basic services are not available and I've been in a queue for over 20 minutes on a weekday mid morning... also a couple if the staff are just plain rude!

        Friendly and efficient service, no long queues. And one of the few banks to keep their branch in the local shopping area - the other banks are all closing
