        We Required a part in a hurry, On the 1st call it was explained we had missed the post for that day and delivery would likely be 2 Days. Placed the order and had the part before 11 the next Morning as they had went and posted it immediately. Brilliant Service.

        Staff are very friendly on the phone however the company are let down by the use of unreliable delivery service, 2 full days holiday from work wasted after being assured twice of product delivery, terrible communication on this is unforgiveable as it would be the end of the day before you will then be told that it never even made it out for delivery that morning. Unfortunately this had to result in cancelling the order and asking for a refund. If the company ever decides to utilise professional couriers I would try them again.

        I called Up Country with a faulty lock on my Ford Ranger canopy & spoke to Michael. Michael talked me through the fault & explained how to fix it and it is now working perfectly. Thank you so much Up Country.
