Susan enjoyed her cuddles with our new puppy. Our dogs always happy to go there. Very patient and helpful, answered my questions thoroughly. Thanks everyone.

        IMHO, it would be great to understand waiting times, above and beyond actual appointment times. We've never had less than a twenty minute wait...which we could manage if we're told. It's the same on the way out waiting for meds. Be comfortably prepared for a 5 minute vet appointment to take an hour plus, again, in my humble experience. Vets do their job efficiently and I trust the majority of what's offered in terms of extra diagnostics required.
