Awful service. Dont respond to reported repairs and put charges on your account without bothering to tell you this. Wouldnt deal with them again. Unfortunately 1 star is too much

This was the first time i have used BK&K, I required a number of epc certificates on a few properties, after contacting Tom he gave me expert advise and conducted these inspections swiftly delivering a really professional service, and offering ongoing advise, its great to see a company conducting themselves in a competent and re assuring manner, well done Tom i look forword to speaking to you soon Regards Alan Sheeran.

I have now been working with the team at Kavanagh for 7 months; I am consistently impressed by their motivations to create a seamless process for their Tenants and Landlords. They work tirelessly to ensure that the Tenants have an excellent customer experience and also that their Landlords get the most premium of services. Ian and I regularly have conversations about how they can continue to innovate and improve their processes and his knowledge of the industry is second to none. A pleasure to work with, and as a Tenant who has experienced a number of bad tenancies, I would definitely recommend Kav and Co as an agent that will put you and your future Landlord at the forefront of what they're doing.
