Poor customer service- lazy response. Brought some bb cream from this store but they had no stock so agreed to collect from merry hill. I asked what counter do I need to collect from at merry hill. Lady at halesowen reassured me any counter. This didn't sound right. Went to merry hill and spend a good while queing to then be told I needed to go upstairs to photography desk. I feel lady at halesowen just fobbed me off without even finding out the right answer. Very poor.
