        My wife and I have been dealing with Lloyds in Halesowen for many years. The staff are highly professional and have provided a efficient helpful service . They have treated us with dignity I would highly reccommend the branch of this company.

        Terrible pharmacy. Again gone to collect a repeat prescription and sign on door stating theyre shut- way before original closing time!! This is not the 1st or 2nd time this has happened. Another wasted time going into town.

        Booked a flu jab there online appointment for there ....appears shop is closed....went to trouble to get there,pay parking just to find the shop is closed..... No wonder these shops get closed down.

        Very rude pharmacist, the way she speaks to people is distgusting, they dont deserve any custom. The previous pharmacist was lovely Shame they changed to this one I will be taking this further as she needs training on customer service
