        Moving from Lloyds pharmacy on the Hagley Road to Grange pharmacy was the best move I could have made. Prescriptions are always ready on time and the staff are very helpful and pleasant.

        Really disappointed today the member of staff that served me was rude. Ive never had a problem before. Medication was thrown in the basket. I don't have a contactless card. When I had apologised and said it wasn't contactless,I had a response of huffing and puffing. As I walked out I overheard who doesn't have contactless these days. Really hope this attitude is one off.
