        Hello Chrissy Im the manager of the store. I was very polite to your mother I would never be rude to anyone I explained that we have no control over the prices of stock that is down to our head office and they do change quite dramatically some times if products go on offer. I exchanged the product for a product that your mother wanted I felt she left happy I can only apologise if she wasnt. Kind regards

        Manageress was not nice to my elderly mother when she tried to return an overpriced, unopened perfume she'd recently bought as a duplicate gift. Neither of us shall shop there again.
