        Recently visited for a quick question on contact lens. Dissatisfied with the experience of the shop assistant during my time in the shop. A reply to your message is. Felt rushed and unwelcome when asking some very basic questions. Spoken over me with a attitude of not that bothered My eyes and welfare are very important to me and it's a pity I did not get the same response .

        THIS PLACE IS AMAZING FOR NEW PERSONS FOR GLASSES I RATE IT A 2 TRILLION OUT OF 10 I'V BEEN IN HERE WHEN I WAS 4 (I'm 8 now) THE BEST BEST PLACE FOR STARTERS AND OLD PEOPLE THEY ACCEPTS ANY AGE

        Excellent service from all staff. Very pleased with the through eye test. The optician Aman was excellent and the opticians assistant was very good taking scans and helpful with choosing frames. Thank you.

        Had an emergency situation when my glasses broke and I didnt have a spare pair to hand but urgently needed them to do my job. Dan, Aman and Gayna were fantastic and swept to my rescue. Squeezed me in an appointment - saw me straight away, got me some new frames and had them with me very soon after. Chocolates were a nice touch too!! Cant thank them enough - wont be visiting Vision Express ever again, thank you!!!
