        Have been using other Optician's over the years but once i came to Boots i have not been any where else and don't need to as these are the best for service and truly care about your eyes ,brilliant in all area's Keep up the good work will reccomend you to all i come across. Thanks

        Worst customer service ever. Had an appointment, knocked on the door and waited outside 20min. They could see we were waiting but no acknowledgement. Knocked again 20 min after the appointment time . This staff member came to the door and said we still have customers waiting. No apology. Cancelled the appointment never going there again
