Rented a property through BKK for a period of 18 months. Their service and communication throughout my tenancy was both friendly and professional. I could not recommend Sean and the team more highly. If I need to rent a property again they would be my first choice.

After attempting to sell with another agent that wasnt going anywhere we instructed Bloore King and Kavanagh from a recommendation and I wish we knew about them sooner! Very helpful from the start, got a sale very quickly, appreciated the advice given to help choose our buyer and then with regular updates on the progress of the sale, very efficient. I think we dealt with everyone there at some point, all polite and a pleasure to speak with, so a big thank you to all! You made the process a lot less stressful than the first attempt. Will always consider in the future and recommend to anyone looking for an agent.
