Avoid avoid avoid! Unprofessional and unreliable. We turned up at a pre-booked appointment to view a flat rental on behalf of our daughter. The agent arrived 15 minutes late, and upon arrival instead of greeting us and apologising for his lateness, he totally blanked us and walked into the building. Completely rude and unprofessional. We walked away from the viewing, and will never use or recommend Dixons again.

Extremely pleased with the service me and my partner received from Auwais Raza at Dixons. Mr Raza made our experience very smooth and easy. He guided us throughout the process of the renting, he answered all our questions and went out his way to find us a property that is best suited for us.

Excellent communication skills from Raza, through phone/e-mail & he also uses WhatsApp which can be really helpful especially when you are stuck at work and cant take calls
