The staff at Hicks Hadley (Halesowen) are nothing short of brilliant. We were stuck in a chain for our recent house move for just over 14 months. (Through no fault of ours or Hicks Hadley) And the staff were so supportive the whole way through. Calling and emailing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain, daily to get updates and information to give us peace of mind. And giving others in the chain the push they needed to get things moving along. They even put up with us calling them almost everyday, stressed and worried and they always remained calm and helpful. Jon came to take photos and a walk through tour of our home when we listed it. And he was fantastic. Claire then really put in the work for us, chasing the rest of the chain, keeping Solicitors on their toes and helping us with keeping the faith when our buyer pulled out. Continuing to reassure us as we found a new buyer and keeping us informed all the way through. Truly cant explain how grateful we are to each and every one of them. All our questions were answered, paperwork, communications etc were all done and dusted well within time limits and the overall support of the staff from day one was greatly appreciated. They are all absolute gems and I couldnt recommend them enough. If youre thinking of selling/renting or buying, 100% give Hicks Hadley a call.
