I would give a 0 but it wont let me . I went in and asked for 90s layers and a trim . I was given a trainee with no ask if I was comfortable. I found out she was a trainee when she told me she hadnt learnt how to do what I wanted yet so got someone to help her .. but to make matters worse the woman that came to do my layers hacked years worth of hair away with no care . No blending it all together with thinning scissors , it was all done to one length with standard scissors . I was left with one layer of long hair on the bottom and one Bob length all along the top . I dont know about layers, Id call them steps if anything. I kept telling myself itll get better and theyll fix it but it just got worse and worse My face framing fringe wasnt cut in a gradual gradient to blend to the length left on my head . It was straight across then down and straight across again . Worst hair experience of my whole life . I ended up paying , going home to cry and watching an online hairdressers video on how to do the hairs style myself . Ive had to cut off basically all my hair to blend it slightly better and lost about 4 years worth of hair growth . I told them I started university today so to hack at my hair with no technique or precision was out of order and letting me walk out their shop looking as disgusting as it did just shows how little pride they had in their work . It was horrible . Wouldnt recommend anyone goes here ever . Service: Hairstyling

My first time using this salon and very impressed, Very friendly, very welcoming, went in with hair that was worn out dry and looking gloomy. Yet i walked out with a complete new restyle glossy shiny hair brought back to life. Appointment was made last minute due to another salon had cancelled my appointment at very short notice without reason. Im so glad it happened now as my hair has never felt this great after a hair cut from any salon before this is now going to be my go to salon. Thank you im so happy with my new hair :). Amanda. I give Elle Rhi 5 stars because every time I get my hair done, I always leave 100% satisfied. Plus, the environment is fresh, clean, and glamorous with warming and welcoming hairdressers and beautician.
