Unbelievable service from start to finish.They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.I asked if there was any possibility of adding a cap for my Dads memory bear.They sourced a pattern and made the most beautiful cap for my stunning bear.I cannot thank them enough for creating something so beautiful from Dads old t shirts and scarf.Thank you so much ladies,you are simply the best !!! X

Only use this company for that very special , personal keepsake . Whether it is for the memory of a loved one that has passed , or for another occasion, this company is 100% the best company to use. I looked for a company that had a personal reason behind why they made these items , and this company were the right company ! Staff are very communicative, they really go above and beyond to provide exactly what you want for your item and the quality of the product is just exempletary! Quality is amazing and means more than any item you because you know it belonged to a loved one and the company look after these items with great care . I will use lily grace again in the future and have recommended to everyone . Thanks very much for my bears . I cried when they came today
