I have just had a disappointing experience. I Have just had my most special coat dry cleaned . I paid a premium of 18 pounds . Edges of the coat arent completely clean ,but I wasnt expecting it to be perfect this was not my issue. The coat has large silver zips on both pockets plus the top and bottom. At first glance when collecting I didnt notice as was looking at fabric . Upon returning home Ive noticed all the zips are now tarnished & scratched . I have called to see if it had gone inside a hot machine . He said there is little movement inside but was worried they may brake off so was happy they hadnt . So there was obviously a concern when he decided to put it in the machine!!!! ! I do feel when a coat is taken on ,if there is any potential for damage or tarnish from the cleaning process , the customer must be advised first. I would have much rather kept my coat, and just had a go at wipimg with a damp cloth , than now have it with scratches on all the zips . Very disappointed as this is all my eye is drawn to .

Great service, lovely and friendly lady. Very pleased with my jeans - they look and smell fantastic. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.
