I was very disappointed in the customer service in this shop, having going inside to ask about the inpost drop off machine. The ladies there were not very helpful and just said nothing to do with us, i realise they might not know but there attitude was terrible.

Plague pit. I wandered in looking for my fascinating Wehrmacht magazine, and two near deads without masks shambled in, looking like they had already had covid and their sullen, sunken corpses had been re-animated in a Lovecraftian ritual. Staff ignored them. I pointed out the fact that they were maskless, a too polite member of staff informed them they could be fined if they didn't wear masked, but he "couldn't do anything". What, is WHSmith not private property with right to refuse entry? Pathetic. One of them said they had a mask in their handbag, the other had left it in the car. Neither ended up in a mask. I cried "plague!" at them, and left, disgusted in a hurry. If they weren't actually dead already, I don't give them great odds for seeing 2022. I will now have a look online for this magazine subscription.
