Great service, At quite short notice I needed a loft hatch with ladder building on the landing and the old one filling up as it was tiny and in a bedroom I also needed the loft emptied of all the decades worth of rubbish that was up there and fully floored. Ant and the guys were really helpful they were able fit us in quickly and did a brilliant job! They very tidy and professional and did a great job, I would definitely call for any work needed in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I Have used this company many times and have always been very impressed with the quality and professionalism of work. As someone who is not very hands on with DIY I have not only used Smiths Property Services for large maintenance jobs but also for smaller jobs too. Anthony always gives each job the same level of commitment no matter how large or small. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and have done so to friends and family, including my pensioner mother.
