        Audi overall has very good customer service, but Marcin in particular let me down, he was constantly calling and chasing me up when i wanted to buy the car, but once i bought it, he got rude and was never available, whenever i would face any issue, I've called multiple times on different occasions and never got a callback from him. I have no idea how has he been a part of Audi for this long. So People do go to Audi but please dont let Marcin be your sales representative.
