        Very patient staff. Paying in today, been very ill for the past few weeks. The female and male on the cash desk were very patient as they could see I wasn't well. Thank you, it goes a long way when you need extra time to get sorted.

        Just called the bank about a query I have only to be told that they are busy thanks for calling. This service is simply not good enough. it's almost as if the customer doesn't matter. Appalling
