        BEEN USING RATED DIRECTORIES FOR OVER 10 YEARS NOW AND ALWAYS RECEIVED FANTASTIC SERVICE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

        Used a few people out of the book about a year ago, 2 were good but 1 was a cowboy who did an awful job and caused us no end of grief as well as physically and verbally threatening me. Rated Directories wouldn't do anything about him when I called to complain except talk to him. But worst of all they removed the negative review I left for him on their website. It isn't surprising as the contractors, including the cowboys, are the customers and not the people they hand the book out to. But you can't trust any directory service that doctors its reviews. Better to just chuck this book in the recycling where it belongs and find someone on the internet. EDIT: Not sure how you got the impression I was satisfied with your decision given that all you said you'd do is warn the guy. And then you had the cheek to remove my negative review of him. If you won't allow negative reviews of the businesses you advertise then I'm afraid your business will suffer them instead.
