AVOID!!! I Bought some grass seeds from this company on eBay. Seeds were sown correctly and the lawn was watered regularly but this product has left patches on my lawn. Following several emails to Sascom, including photo of the lawn. They were totally unprepared to listen and take responsibility for this product. Laura, member of the customer care team accused me of lying and said that I didnt sow properly. I would urge potential buyers to stay well clear. eBay has removed several feedback against the company. I wonder why?? I wish I had read the other reviews prior to placing my order.

Sascom look after our a lot of our consignments, they handle everything extremely well. They are informative and extremely pleasant to work with.

Received 20 kg bag of peanuts with black mould on, advice was to "wash them" In 20 years of buying peanuts i have never seen anything as bad and potentially dangerous to my wild birds. I was offered a refund but had to pay carriage back, eBay pulled my feedback, as they have with a number of other negative reviews, wonder why?! Don't risk it is my advice.

Ordered and received cat litter but the packaging damaged on receipt.Whilst very little product was lost the company just advised that product had arrived intact despite the fact that I had sent photos to the contrary and did not want to know.I think also the customer care line must be automated as it keeps sending me the same message.
