Fantastic service and excellent products. I cant fault the service or products. I bought a pair of rig eagle boots and have lasted me over 3 years and still look brand new. Ive also bought some other safety wear items and they are a good quality and look great.

It is all rigged. The entire thing is rigged. Horrible Experience, do not reccomend.

I contacted Rig Equipment for help with the design and manufacture of a two piece coverall for specialist rope rescue work for my company. From design to delivery in eight weeks. Fantastic quality and service. Will be looking for other kit for staff in the future. A lot of the Air Ambulance Charities in the UK use Rig's kit which is a testament to it's quality.

This company does not stand behind their product, for a company that caters itself towards emergency services this is unacceptable. I bought a pair of their boots the Rig Spartan Expert model price including delivery was 141(not a cheap boot and their top of the line model), initially I was really pleased with their boots very comfortable and light, great fit, even wrote a very good unsolicited review of the model on their website. However after not even a year of wear they developed a sort of noise when walking some sort of squeak every time I took a step, initially in the left boot and after in both. I took the boots to the cobbler in order to try and fix them however after he inspected them he told me there is nothing he can do about it as the noise is caused by the shank in the sole of the boots. He also pointed out that the boots have become unglued is various spots, therefore no longer waterproof, all this after not even one year of wear for 141 this is unacceptable. I emailed the company about this, and instead of standing behind their product, they just told me that this is the first time that they had this problem, and there is nothing they can do as the warranty period has expired, I did not insist and was very polite and left it at that, Im not the kind of person who sends angry e-mails or makes angry phone-calls. They did not even ask me to send the boots back to be inspected. I ended up giving the boots to a homeless person. Therefore I cannot recommend this company, Im 100% that if you buy a pair of Altberg Lowa Haix AKU or Danner and they would fail within not even one year of use all these companies would stand being their product and so something about it, and again for a company that caters themselves to Emergency Services this is unacceptable. Take this review as you wish, but I suggest you look elsewhere if you need good quality, durable uniform boots.
