So many deliveries where I live in a very small flat complex there is a service buzzer that can be used from 8am till at least five so even if a delivery can't be made a card can be left. I've been told I've had deliveries but no cards!!!! Also as I'm disabled I'm up from very early am. I have a buzzer that is always on!!! So I either miss deliveries with no card or people say they try to deliver early and they didn't. I even leave plain clear instructions and they still don't.

Went to Combs sorting office the other day,there was a notice on the door saying '' gone for a break''...my question was,firstly,what time are you opening up after your break? Everyone needs a break but this was from 11 am till 12.15...when we were eventually told at 11.30,having gone around back of building and found some one to inform the very angry long queue that had now formed.Some people in queue had travelled to pick up items and return items,they had to return later...The ladies who usually work behind counter,I have found to be extremely helpful. The note just needed to say...'' Will be open at 12.15....the vague note caused people to get cross not knowing what sort of break it was.....and when it was opening and should they wait or not......

Got dealt with the most miserable, blunt, rude, old lady. You need to choose who you hire wisely. Because she was so useless and was fed up of helping. Waste of space.

Was told to expect delivery today. Stayed in only to be told tried to deliver but no one in. Rubbish.
