        I dont usually write reviews but this is a MUST. My experience was awful at Merryvale Nursery there was a difference of treatment between children which is not right, all children should be treated equally and no preferences over others and this had a negative effect on my child. I was disappointed from the staff, from the management down. They kept making promises they couldnt keep. My daughter was unhappy here and they failed to meet her needs, the best decision I made was to take her out, she is now a completely different girl and much happier at her new setting. Staff lack care, empathy and understanding!
