Aaron and his team have been fantastic in the sale of my property. After approaching a few well known estate agencies and being given what I thought were a very mixed bag of valuations I approached Aaron after seeing his online presence. He talked me through how he came to the valuation, the process etc and was super helpful throughout. Within a week there was a full day of viewings booked and an offer made, negotiated and agreed within a few days after that, above the other agents valuations! The updates through the process have been fantastic, which has made this sale stress free. I was expecting this to take anything between 6-9 months so to have a completion date within 3 is absolutely amazing! Shout out to Aaron's photographer and recommended solicitors too, very friendly and efficient.
