Great company to deal with and an excellent product. Brandon talked us through our requirements and we bought a Desktop Laser. Engineer installed and within no time we were up and running. Would highly recommend Mantech for anyone thinking of going into laser cutting and engraving. First company I spoke to who didn't try and sell us more than we needed and were willing to show us how it all worked on our own materials.

Lets start with the machines supplied are extremely good value for money and do what they are expected to do well. Then we have the customer service both in initial sales and follow up maintenance. In both cases this has been second to none with quick responses to queries and on the occasions where a machine has been down (external circumstances) the reaction has been exemplary with engineers despatched almost immediately. I have no hesitation in recommending Mantech for both products and service. I would also name Lee Moss (Operations Director) who is always my go to contact for his customer focus and attention to detail.

Got our second machine from Mantech recently and are very happy agian. We went back because whenever we've had any issue they are always on the end of the phone and know thier products inside out.
