0 stars. Took weeks to get appointment and they measured several times. Had to call to get someone to come out. Bare in mind I sent so many messages in response to a message which confirmed my booking and worker says this is my personal. How was I suppose to know. Was suppose to be done thursday but was half done .Friday couldn't complete because the piece given didn't fit. He took measurments again to take back with him. Monday scheduled but worker ill, Another worker came, not to do the job but to take measurements again and said will do tomorrow 8-9. Tuesday today, 11 I call. Explain everything. Bare in mind my house has been a mess for days with my stuff transferred in the living room. My mum is already ill and our lives has been halted to for this . When I told her she says he got it incorrect, he's doing another job, when he's done, he will come. I told her my mum is ill, she says all we can do is say sorry and when I asked her what time he'd come out she says she doesn't know, when he's done. I'm just shocked, I can't believe this. Like
