House of Hair.

I have always been nervous when getting my hair done in the past, this time I tried somewhere new. Trudy did a great job with consulting me on exactly what we were going to do and how she would do it. The colour she dyed my hair was great quality and a lovely finish. The products Trudy used were of really good quality as well. The cut was perfect and I walked out the salon feeling like a new woman. Very attentive, talented and really listened to what I wanted and used her expertise to get the best results. Trudy is now my regular stylist and does a wonderful job every time. My daughter was booked in for an appointment , owner left before my daughters appointment and make whatever story up to why she wasnt there, no apology nothing. Unprofessional service as a whole! I rang many times waiting outside to which she didnt answer my calls but was reading my texts. Then I left a review on her Facebook to which turned into bullying. Avoid! Oh yeh she also threatened me to the police because of a negative review! I asked for a log number which she couldnt provide also, had no reason but to report to the council and trading standards. Oh yeh. Apparently kids arent allowed within a hairdressers either due to social distancing although my son is a baby and cant exactly walk anywhere
