Took some items and it was the first time using the service. I think the prices are shocking for cleaning a duvet - especially as after receiving and inspecting there were still marks on the material - next time il just take them to a laundrette and save myself the money. Also my dress I thought was okay till I realised still marks on the bottom - so not impressed with quality of service
