        Contacted them multiple times to sort out my documents, they always say they will call me back and they never do. The least you can do is let people know that you cant do them atleast we can look elsewhere, instead of ignoring. Bad customer service!

        We had our will produced by Thursfields some years ago - due to circumstances we requested some minor changes - was told they do not do changes we could only make a new will at a price over 700 - buyer beware!
