        Was told my children would have a full time space a few months ago. Called and emailed numerous times when it came to me going back to work to confirm. Never got a straight answer apart from oh not sure now, we havent allocated funded spaces despite the fact we were paying out of our own pocket. We had to find alternative childcare at short notice. Complete lack of communication and let parents down at a crucial time in setting out their childcare plans. Extremely disappointed

        Unhygienic premises. I personally felt some of the staff there were extremely rude, moody and found some of them to be quite racist in the way that I was spoken to, there was no warmth or being made to feel welcome there which was quite upsetting to see
