Sophie, Lauren, and Denise - Absolutely fabulous. For the first time I had to reach out for some assistance on a particular matter. I could not have been more delighted on the customer service provided. The matter in hand required a lot of back and forth even so I received warm support and very prompt responses (all on same day). I felt their conduct and actions were a brilliant example of going above and beyond the norm of customer service offerings in our day to day lives. I wouldn't mind having the same in dealings on other matters with others!
