I RATE THIS A ZERO. Disgusting behaviour from a so called 'manager'. Shouldn't be working for customer service. Saw her treating the employees like they were nothing and it made me feel sick and traumatised. I would never be coming back .

I went in today, totally blind to what floor paint I needed, jordy who works there, hes Greek, helped me no end, when he finally got me the right paint he went out the back to find me the colour I wanted, he went above and beyond, he could easily have sent me on my way but he didnt, fantastic customer service, a credit to wickes

Avoid !!!!! I payed for my kitchen 23.000 upfront in cash ( which is unusual for me ) but thinking they are a big company I was at ease. What a big mistake I made. From the kitchen being measured wrong. 20 deliveries with wrong items , kitchen fitter walked off job did not finish it . Said he had a other job to start. because we couldnt get the parts we needed. Head office are useless. !! So had to keep going into store, which proved pointless has manager Steven lost his temper with my husband (and punched out at a screen in the kitchen area, and said that he was fkin fed up of this job ) now after 6 weeks of hell , kitchen not finished !dented extractor hood .And still trying to speak to someone at head office with authority . Im now getting in touch with rip-off Britain so no one else goes through the nightmare we have .

0 Stars. Utterly disgusting how little respect they have for the environment!. I walked passed and the amount of plastic waste for there stupid signs is unbelievable. Clean up your mess WICKES
