        Completed my Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher training, including Rocket and Hot with Kathy in Plymouth last year and it was amazing. My intention was to use the training to further my own practice and not to actually teach but with Kathy's support and encouragement I found the passion for teaching others as well. I now find myself teaching a 3 different studios across the city and love every minute of it. Kathy will challenge and inspire and I would highly recommend Kathy and the yoga university to anyone who wants to become a yoga teacher.

        I completed my 200 hr yoga teacher training with the Yoga University last year and I absolutely loved it. The course was well-designed, covering all the important aspects of teaching yoga. Kathy and Pip were amazing tutors - knowledgeable, supportive and empowering. Not only did the training fully prepare me for the joys and challenges of yoga teaching, it transformed my own practice. I cannot recommend this teacher training too highly. Guaranteed, you will learn so, so much whilst having an enjoyable and fulfilling experience.

        Kathy delivered part of my 200 hours YTT last year. During that time I learnt a lot about my practice and myself. Kathy was key in changing my perspective - her attitude and outlook left a lasting impression. I met some wonderful people and had a lot of fun!

        Yesterday I finished my 20HR CPD Rocket Yoga teacher training course with Kathy Ran. It truly exceeded my expectations, as I had such an amazing weekend.         I completed my Rocket CPD with Kathy and absolutely loved it - I started the weekend exhausted after a long week and finished the training feeling totally energised and inspired. Kathy has so much experience and love for what she does and it really shines through in her training - I really hope I get the opportunity to work with her again in the future
