Absolutely useless and careless, the building had water leak for weeks and recently they just sent a useless plumber who just attended to shut off mains water supply only, leaving around 20 flats with children without water for days, and during the holiday time. When someone tries to call, their answer machine says office is closed, advising you to call another number in case of emergency and the surprise is the number they ask you to dial is incomplete. Rubbish is left uncollected around the building most of the time, fence is broken, pathway is inaccessible, and they never respond to emails, they even lie to you when you manage to speak to them.

Beyond incompetent. The most lethargic attitude towards dealing with resident concerns, complaints procedure is not followed, directors show breathtaking arrogance in failure to even acknowledge let alone address legitimate complaints. EWS1 issues have taken far longer than in other blocks to even begin resolving with buck constantly passed on to third parties.

Absolutely useless and careless, they show no interest in managing the building, they do not even respond to emails, as if they had better things to do than doing what they are paid for and they simply lie to you so you give up...if anyone is looking for a building management I would advise to look elsewhere...
