    Apex have become my first port of call when it comes to doing any DIY plumbing at home (been here 3 times now). Every time I've been, David has provided a stellar service that keeps customers in mind, as well as providing competitive prices not offered elsewhere. They're also patient and flexible when it comes to their returns policy if a part doesn't fit, thus giving a hassle-free experience. Just Wished they stocked a variety of stock to offer different options/selections (but, I guess you can't expect everything) Parking is free most times in the parade opposite the shop See you Next time Dave ------ Just a quick edit for further context. As with any business, different staff can skew quality of experience over time. I went back recently, and David wasn't there, but the service I got was not as courteous as I'd usually encounter and grown to expect. Instead it was curt and a 'take it or leave it attitude'. Really hope this is a one off, otherwise I'd be put off with staff who are not patient with DIY self-doers like myself, and may need more guidance. Hope this helps others in their considerations as well as Apex in improving their services, as I love supporting local businesses.

    rude, arrogant ,bad language, no manners. not recommend it. if you are english they treat you well otherwise you are already unwanted in the shop. I went to change a tap 59 after a month using which had isolation faulty. I didnt have my recipe and I showed them my bank statement; first they asked for its box, then they said hard water Damaged it. When the main owner tried to change the part and it didnt work, he got angry and started having a go with his assistant. I asked him about warranty, he got more angry. I said to him can you calm down I dont want this conversation going front of my 6years old child, and he responded stop playing me that game. I was about to leave the tap there and just leave the shop. worst experience of my life 20min in there.first time and last. Respond: That is right; I did not have the receipt and the box but brought my bank statement instead. About your claims in your respond to my review: Firstly I didnt say that the tap was working well for a month! I said I brought the tap back one month after I bought it from you. As I explained to you on that day in your shop, when I bought the tap from you it took me a while to get a plumber home to install it- you are aware that it was the first lock down over COVID-19 pandemic- and from the first moment, the tap was dripping and the plumber made sure that it was a manufacture faulty and reinstalled it immediately. It means that I did not use it even for one day! And you are telling me- as you were claiming the same thing when I brought it back- that there were limescale on the tap!!!! How that is even possible if we are both telling the truth?!Please note that I paid for the plumber and because of tap faulty I had to pay for the job again. Secondly, I came to your shop with my little girl; if I wanted to act wildly I wouldnt bring her with me in. Moreover, why should have be angry if you were trying to help me out!!! Thirdly, I was in your shop for 20 minutes and there came two more customers and that was enough for me to see how you treat different nationalities. All in all if you call this a professional act, I let others to judge it.
