        My experience working at Sweettree Homecare Services was far from satisfactory. There is a scarcity of work, and the compensation is insufficient. During the recruitment process, I was informed that I would be able to work a certain number of hours each week, but at one point, I found myself working for only three hours. Additionally, their pay rates fall below the industry standards. While some care coordinators were kind, others were persistent in assigning distant shifts and would become upset or try to guilt-trip you if you refused. I noticed that every staff member I encountered was complaining about the shortage of work. Moreover, they would incessantly call you, even during your holiday or booked time off. There is a lot that Sweettree needs to improve. I would not recommend Sweettree to anyone.
