        I have worked at Brookside House for over 4 years. This is the best home ive worked in. All the residents and colleagues ate like a big family. I get a lot of support and encouragement from management which has helped my confidence in care. I feel confident to do my job and we all help each other to learn and grow. The atmosphere here is really nice and i like making a difference to our residents.

      • Ultimate Gunner (ULG)

        Their firm is disgusting they dont answer their phone for family emergencies. I had called today at 9:45 regarding a family emergency with a staff member and they didnt allow me to talk to my relative. Which has now made the situation 10 times worse. What makes it worse as well is that they asked who i needed to speak to I said my mums name and they said hung up the phone on me. Professionals at their finest
