        As a former student, Kaishi Karate School is extremely well run. Classes are interesting and enjoyable, but most importantly the teaching is fantastic.

        My son has just started his second term at Kaishi - it took him a few lessons to get settled but i'm so impressed by the progress he has made since attending - Even with quite a large Junior class Sensai Sheena always gives me feedback on his achievements and behavior in class and he really enjoys going he's always happy and positive after attending. I think Karate was definitely the right discipline to help his confidence and concentration - he's motivated to get his next belt and by the little wins of stickers and certificates in class.

        I cannot give Sensei Sheena and her team enough stars and credit. She has children lining up and listening as well as learning great skills for life. She runs her school in a kind and fun manner whilst teaching this disipline so well. My 5 year old loves her and the classes and I do to! Many thanks for being amazing.

        3 people of my family attend Sensei Sheena's Karate School. She has a calm and relaxed way of teaching. Her patience is AMAZING and so is she. I 100000000% recommend you check out her school if you are looking for your child to train. :-)
