I have just moved to London recently and this is the first renovation work I experienced in town (and you can imagine how stressful it could be). We found TCTServ on Houzz.com and sent an enquiry, Tony replied promptly and all the way he was super responsive, polite, patiently answer all my questions (obviously I am layman). The renovation work was nicely done within the committed project time frame and within our tight budget (not to mention it was faster than I expected). Tony updated and kept me informed throughout the entire process, he and his team is attentive to details, and always able to explain to me clearly what's possible and what's not possible. Tony did a full refurbishment of our property. He is honest, kept to budget and delivered within the timescale that was discussed. The team was hardworking and always prompt in addressing our concerns. A full house refurbishment could have ended being a very stressful process, but working with Tony was smooth, and the team inspired confidence that the work will get done.
